Digital proofing typically takes 1–2 business days; physical press proofing takes 3–5 business days. Sampling fees are quoted based on process complexity. Once mass production reaches the agreed quantity, the sampling fee can be credited against the bulk order payment as agreed. Courier costs for samples are borne by the customer.

We are a physical printing and production factory with a complete in-house setup covering prepress, CTP plate-making, printing, and finishing. All production is completed internally—no outsourcing. Customers are welcome to schedule an on-site factory audit at any time.

Capacity varies by product type. For color boxes, brochures, manuals, and labels, our combined monthly capacity can reach 1 million sets/pieces. We can flexibly schedule production based on order size and still meet delivery deadlines for large orders. Share your product specifications and we will calculate accordingly.

We support customer factory audits and accept on-site inspections. Upon request, we can provide business license, printing business permit, G7 color certification, and other qualification documents. Third-party audit reports can be arranged per customer requirements.

Yes. OEM: production according to your design files and parameter requirements. ODM: we can assist with structural design, process recommendations, and sample development. All products can be customized to your logo, dimensions, materials, and processes.

There is no fixed mandatory MOQ; MOQ varies by product and process. For standard color boxes and brochures, we typically recommend a minimum of 500 units. Small-batch orders are also accepted, though unit prices will be higher. Please share the product style, dimensions, and processes for an accurate quote.

Full-process color management based on G7 color standards; prepress file verification and CTP plate validation; first-article approval, in-process inspections, and full/spot checks on finished goods; professional spectrophotometers and ISO-standard viewing booths; production and inspection records retained for each batch. We actively cooperate to resolve any quality issues.

Standard: T/T is negotiable for export orders. For special orders, payment terms can be further discussed and confirmed by both parties.

After artwork confirmation and receipt of the deposit, standard orders take 7–12 business days. Complex processes and large-volume orders may require more time. Final delivery is subject to the confirmed production schedule, and we will make every effort to accommodate your delivery deadlines.

We hold the IDEAlliance official G7-Master Targeted/ColorSpace color management certification (maintained through annual audits), meeting export customers' color consistency requirements. We can also provide business license and printing permits, and cooperate with customers on other third-party certification needs.
